By filling out the accompanying choices, scheduling a trader coaching session(s), and sending a payment, I affirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all of the following:
(1) D’mitri D. Richardson is a Chartered Market Technician whose expertise is market technicals. Neither he, nor anyone associated with RGS or this website, is a Registered Investment Advisor or CTA. No one associated with RGS or this website is registered with or certified by the US government, CFTC, or NFA.
(2) No information exchanged in a trader coaching session in any way constitutes a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any market instrument; including stocks, futures, or any derivative thereof.
(3) Trader coaching sessions do not guarantee future profitability or freedom from loss.
(4) D’mitri D. Richardson has sources of income apart from the financial markets. No information or image on this website, or exchanged in any coaching session, constitutes anyone associated with RGS or this website “holding themselves out” in any way as achieving any level of income or wealth with any market strategy or trading technique.
(5) Trader coaching sessions do not include proprietary trading strategies.
(6) Before implementing or adopting any information exchanged during a trader coaching session, I promise to first thoroughly back-test and then first establish a successful track record of paper trading using it.
(7) I have read CFTC RULE 4.41 and the Required US Government Disclosure on the terms & conditions/privacy/disclosure page of this website.
(8) I promise to hold harmless and release D’mitri D. Richardson and anyone associated with RGS and this website from any claims arising out of any information exchanged during a trader coaching session, including but not limited to: financial loss, brokerage or bank failure, equipment failure, and emotional distress.
